When you believe you can accomplish something you raise your chances of doing so. Let me phrase that differently, if you think you can not do something, you likewise increase your chances of succeeding at not doing it exponentially. In all likelihood you won't even start the process of getting to a goal if you think you can't get there and that is almost a 100% guarantee it won't happen for you.

If digital, then you'll want to print it - maybe several copies - so you can see it regularly throughout the day.

How I Like To Make A Vision Board
I like to create a list of my goals, wishes and dream outcomes.
Then I figure out a visual symbol that represents the thing to me.
Next I draw or paint that symbol on somewhat stiff paper or thin cardboard and cut it out.
I On a board, bulletin board, or canvas I affix all these symbols. I like to use masking tape folded and stuck to the back of each symbol so I can easily move them around and replace symbols as I accomplish the goals they are meant to represent.
I'll put a list of what the symbols represent onto the back of the board so I don't forget what they mean.
Finally, and most importantly, I'll place the Vision Board somewhere I'm likely to bump into it throughout the day so I re-energize the thoughts associated with the goals and dreams. The bathroom works great! If you created your board in a way it can be printed, you can print copies and stick them all over! By your desk, your car's dashboard, the inside of your locker, on the fridge, etc.
