I think if animals wore hats we’d all have a slightly better chance of seeing them less as meat and more like individuals. Once we start doing that I think their lives will start to get better. We’ll think about pigs and chickens in factory farms and demand more kindness. We’ll consider the wildlife in our area less as a nuisance and more of cohabitants. And we’ll all still be nutty about our dogs and cats, lol.
