One of the last field trips we took as a group was to an equine nutrition
research center in Versailles where were allowed to witness up amazingly
close the structured exercise of this gorgeous young thoroughbred on a big
huge treadmill galloping right in front of us. Fantastic!!!
The Squirrely Girlies commissioned me to do a painting for The Squirrel Marm, Ms, Margi and above is proof of that. Of course it commemorates Goatee.
As one of our final acts together we went
to the Cracker Barrel, one of Connie's faves - and enjoyed bacon in many
of its natural forms.
